An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. Alpharetta Animal Hospital requires payment in full at the end of your pet's examination and/or at the time of discharge.

What is CareCredit?

CareCredit is a credit line specifically for health and wellness. CareCredit is accepted at over 175,000 health, wellness, and beauty facilities nationwide for all of your family members, including your pets. Costly procedures, wellness visits, and unexpected healthcare are made more convenient with monthly payment options. With short-term or longer-term financing options that vary from provider to provider, CareCredit makes healthcare more affordable.

Deposit and Billing:

For some treatments or hospitalized care, a deposit may be required. We do charge interest on any outstanding account balances older than 30 days. If you have an account more than 90 days past due, Alpharetta Animal Hospital may relinquish your balance owed to a collection agency.

Additional Policy Information:

Alpharetta Animal Hospital charges a fee for returned checks. For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to provide the best veterinary care available for your pet.
